Central PA 358 Point Series Awards

I wanted to let all the race teams know in case I didn't get in touch with them Friday night that this coming Saturday night at Fall Fest we will be handing out all of the awards for the series. The top 12 in points will receive their money and trophies in the infield before the racing action begins. We will also be handing out the award for the Most Improved Driver as well as gift certificates from CFI, Delco Signs, and WRT Speedwrx.

Here is a list of drivers and what they will receive.

Pat Cannon - $6,000, Champions Trophy, & a $150 gift certificate from Wings Unlimited
Blane Heimbach - $3,000 Trophy, & a Front wing from Pancho's Racing Products.
Logan Schuchart - $2,500, Trophy , a $25 gift certificate from Pancho's Racing Products as well as $1,000 for being the 2010 Most Improved Driver + a Trophy.
Dale Hammaker - $2,250, Trophy, & a $25 gift certificate from Pancho's Racing Products
Tim Wagaman - $2,050, Trophy, & a $25 gift certificate from Pancho's Racing Products
Brad McClelland - $1,900 & a $25 gift certificate from Pancho's Racing Products
Scott Geesey - $1,800 & a $25 gift certificate from Pancho's Racing Products
Nate Snyder - $1,700 & a $25 gift certificate from Pancho's Racing Products
T. J. Stutts - $1,600 & a $25 gift certificate from Pancho's Racing Products
Davie Franek - $1,500 & a $25 gift certificate from Pancho's Racing Products
Cory Haas - $1,400 & a $75 gift certificate from Wings Unlimited
Joe Trone Jr. - $1,300 & a $75 gift certificate from Wings Unlimited
Scott Fisher - $500 and a trophy for being the 2010 Rookie of the Year in the 358 division.
Jordan Frontz is the winner of the CFI gift certificate.
Ted Thomas is the winner of the WRT Speedwrx $50 Gift Certificate
Billy Johns is the winner of the Delco Signs Gift Certificate

Kevin Nouse wins from 12th at Williams Grove.


Kevin Nouse started twelfth, took the lead at the half way point of the 20-lap 358-sprint feature, then held off a furious late race charge by Pat Cannon to score his first victory of the season.

Cannon finished second followed by Chris Arnold, Tim Wagaman and Glenndon Forsythe.

Heats for the 29 cars went to Brie Hershey, Wagaman and Scott Geesey. The consolation race was won by Niki Young.
